We’re excited to continue our relaunch journey with the highly anticipated Jungle Set! Last week, we kicked things off with the Base Set, and the response has been incredible. Thank you to everyone who’s joined us on this adventure so far! This week, we’re thrilled to add the Jungle Set to our store, packed with iconic cards and fan-favorite Pokémon from the earliest days of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
What’s Special About the Jungle Set?
The Jungle Set, released on June 16, 1999, in English and on March 5, 1997, in Japan, is the second main expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Known as Pokémon Jungle in Japan, this set brings to life the Pokémon from the Kanto Safari Zone, capturing the essence of Generation I Pokémon from the original Pokémon Red, Blue, and Green games. This expansion introduced us to beloved characters like Pikachu, Vaporeon, Scyther, and Snorlax through stunning artwork and powerful holo cards. Each card in this set is a reminder of the adventure and nostalgia of the early days of Pokémon.

On Saturday, November 30th, we’ll be at the Pokémon Fair in Groningen with an exciting reveal. For those attending, it’ll be a chance to see some of our stock in person and snag some exclusive items. For our online fans, don’t worry—our vintage repacks will also launch on the website that same day!
