1. Definitions

Consumer: a natural person purchasing from Arcana Frisia who is not acting for professional or business purposes.

Reflection period: the 14-day period after receiving an order during which the consumer may cancel the purchase.

Distance contract: a contract concluded online without the buyer and seller meeting in person.

3. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between Arcana Frisia and the customer. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

4. Products and offers

We aim to display products, prices and conditions as accurately as possible. Product images represent the item or product type, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Most singles and collectible cards are second-hand. Condition is stated per item. Obvious errors in prices, stock, product information or descriptions do not bind Arcana Frisia.

5. The contract

An agreement is formed once the order is confirmed electronically. Arcana Frisia takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic transactions.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the order without giving a reason. During this period, the product and packaging must be handled with care and only inspected as would be reasonable in a physical store.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as received and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

7. Return costs and refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the returned item, or after sufficient proof of return has been provided.

8. Exclusions

Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where legally permitted, for example custom-made or personalised products. Any such exclusion will be clearly stated before purchase.

9. Pricing

Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. Prices may change over time, but confirmed orders are not affected unless there is an obvious pricing error.

10. Product condition and warranty

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that products match their listed condition and description. Because many products are vintage or second-hand collectibles, signs of age or previous use may be expected.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, storage, moisture, environmental conditions or normal wear that is consistent with the listed condition.

11. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Arcana Frisia is responsible for the shipment until delivery to the customer or a representative appointed by the customer.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

12. Payment

Payment must be completed through the available checkout methods unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.

13. Complaints

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at info@arcanafrisia.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos where relevant.

We aim to respond within 14 days. If a complaint requires more time, we will let you know.

14. Disputes and governing law

Dutch law applies to agreements with Arcana Frisia, even if the customer resides outside the Netherlands. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

15. Amendments

Arcana Frisia may update these terms. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to that order.
