Information about returns, refunds and warranty claims for vintage and second-hand collectible cards.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may cancel an order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the item.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at info@arcanafrisia.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason if you would like to provide one.
Please wait for our return instructions before sending the item back.
Condition of returned items
Items may be inspected as you would inspect them in a physical store. They must be returned in the same condition as received.
Because many of our products are vintage or second-hand collectibles, minor wear may be part of the listed condition and does not automatically qualify as a defect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund if the return is approved. Refunds are usually made using the original payment method. In some cases, store credit or a replacement may be offered if that is more suitable and both sides agree.
Please include proof of purchase or your order number with the return.
Return shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item qualifies under warranty or another agreement applies.
- Please use secure packaging, such as a bubbled envelope or box.
- Tracking is strongly recommended for higher-value returns.
- Damage during return shipping is the sender’s responsibility.
- Insufficiently stamped packages may lead to additional costs being charged back to you.
Warranty for second-hand goods
As our products are second-hand, warranty coverage mainly applies to defects beyond normal wear and beyond what could reasonably be expected from the listed condition.
If an item does not match the description or listed condition, please contact us within a reasonable period after receiving the order. Include clear photos and your order number.

- Moisture, water damage or environmental damage
- Damage caused by poor storage after delivery
- Normal wear that matches the listed condition
