Carriers and tracking

Most orders are shipped with PostNL. For international orders, PostNL usually transfers the shipment to the local postal carrier in the destination country. All shipments include tracking.

If you prefer another carrier, such as DPD or UPS, please contact us before ordering. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 15:00 usually ship the same day. In busy periods, dispatch may take 1–2 business days.

Pre-orders

Orders containing pre-order items are shipped once all items are available. If your order contains both regular items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together.

To receive regular items separately, please place a separate order or contact us at info@arcanafrisia.com. Additional shipping costs may apply.

If your location is unavailable at checkout, or if you would like to request a different carrier or shipping method, please contact us at info@arcanafrisia.com. We are happy to help arrange a suitable option where possible.
