1. Search and add cards

Search for your cards by name or browse through the sets in the buylist. For each card, choose the correct condition, quantity and foil status. The buylist shows the payout per card before you add it to your list.

2. Submit your buylist

On the submit page, you will see a full overview of your cards, including quantity, condition and total estimated payout.

• Name and email address
• Address: street, house number, postal code, city and country
• Payment method: bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal
• Shipping method: ship the cards yourself or request a shipping label from Arcana Frisia

3. Ship your cards

After submitting your buylist, you will receive a confirmation email with your reference number, card overview and packing instructions. You may send your cards immediately after submitting.

4. Receiving, checking and grading

Once your package arrives, we check the cards for quantity, version and condition. Small condition differences, for example a card being Excellent instead of Near Mint, may slightly change the final payout.

5. Approval and payout

If changes are needed, your buylist will be marked as Adjusted and you will receive an overview of the changes. After approval, we usually pay within 1–2 business days by bank transfer or PayPal.
