Option 1 — Ship the cards yourself

You send the cards to us using a shipping method of your choice. The exact shipping address is included in your confirmation email. We recommend using a bubble envelope or sturdy box with tracking. For higher value buylists, tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.

When you choose your own shipping method, loss or damage during shipping is the sender’s responsibility.

Option 2 — Shipping label through Arcana Frisia

You can also request a shipping label through Arcana Frisia. The label costs €5 and is free for buylists of €150 or more. You will usually receive the label or barcode by email within one business day.

Packages shipped with our label are covered according to the conditions of the shipping method used.

Packing instructions

• Sort the cards in the same order as shown in your confirmation email.
• Remove sleeves and toploaders where possible.
• Expensive cards above €75 may of course be protected properly.
• Bundle the cards in a team bag, plastic bag or similar protection.
• Use sturdy packaging and make sure the cards cannot move around freely.
• Add a small note with your name, email address and buylist reference number.

After arrival

Once your package arrives, we check the cards for quantity, version and condition. If everything matches your submission, we approve the buylist and pay you out. If adjustments are needed, we will send you an updated overview first.
